My journey has been a long one, I was eighteen when I sat my first ten-day silent meditation retreat, while travelling Australia, I felt very quickly that travel was an internal undertaking, and got so much from that retreat, it changed the course of my life, I felt I was wandering a desert and had just found water.

For the next fifteen years, I continued to travel the world, driven by a deep longing to find true freedom and inner peace, in a world where both seemed so illusive and yet so essential. I began to understand that these qualities were not external pursuits, but rather inner journeys that required my own dedication and commitment.

Recognizing the limitations of external exploration, I delved into the vast world of inner travel. At the age of twenty, I went to Thailand with a year-long meditation visa, seeking a quiet and wild setting to immerse myself in serious meditation practice.

This journey led me to Thai monasteries, where I sought solitude and deepened my practice through having more of a daily monastic routine, helping me to bring my practice more into daily activities. I also had a strong experience while in the mountains of northern Thailand, that took years to unpack and move through. Following this I continued doing regular silent vipassana retreats and extended courses lasting twenty and thirty days in silence and isolation.

A little about me

My journey has always been deeply intertwined with a passion for plants and their healing abilities, a love that has shaped much of my path. From a young age, I was captivated by the power of edible plants and their medicinal properties. This fascination with the natural world grew into a deep desire to remain connected to nature in every way. During my travels through South and Central America, I had the privilege of immersing myself in their rich healing traditions, participating in plant dietas, and working closely with some of the great teacher plants.

As the years passed, my passion for sharing the wisdom I had gained with others grew stronger. I wanted to help people discover the same peace, freedom, and healing that I had experienced by guiding them inward—whether through meditation or by exploring the natural medicines that the earth offers. To enhance my ability to guide others, I completed the Mindfulness Now teacher training course, earning accreditation as a teacher.

Along the way, I faced many challenges, including contracting Lyme disease three times during my travels over the past fifteen years, from three diffrent countries. The first time, I fought the disease for years until I finally received a month of intravenous antibiotics, which cured the infection. However, the second time, I had to face Lyme disease on my own, without the traditional medical support I had received before. Determined to heal, I developed a self-designed protocol that involved six months of intensive Kambo, the Amazonian frog medicine. Through this intensive process, I successfully cured myself of Lyme disease once again. These experiences led me to explore a range of healing modalities, ultimately inspiring me to establish my own healing practice—dedicated to helping others navigate illness, clear blocks, and experience profound transformation.

Sound also plays a pivotal role in my healing work. I incorporate music and sound therapy into my sessions, tailoring each experience to the individual needs of those I work with, to support their journeys of healing.

My mission is simple but powerful: to empower others to reconnect with their own innate healing abilities, guiding them toward transformation and self-discovery. It is my heartfelt intention to help others realize their capacity to heal and thrive, finding balance and peace within themselves.
