About Me

My journey has been a long one, I was eighteen when I sat my first ten-day silent meditation retreat, while travelling Australia, I felt very quickly that travel was an internal undertaking, and got so much from that retreat, it changed the course of my life, I felt I was wandering a desert and had just found water.

For the next fifteen years, I continued to travel the world, driven by a deep longing to find true freedom and inner peace, in a world where both seemed so illusive and yet so essential. I began to understand that these qualities were not external pursuits, but rather inner journeys that required my own dedication and commitment.

Recognizing the limitations of external exploration, I delved into the vast world of inner travel. At the age of twenty, I went to Thailand with a year-long meditation visa, seeking a quiet and wild setting to immerse myself in serious meditation practice.

This journey led me to Thai monasteries, where I sought solitude and deepened my practice through having more of a daily monastic routine, helping me to bring my practice more into daily activities. I also had a strong experience while in the mountains of northern Thailand, that took years to unpack and move through. Following this I continued doing regular silent vipassana retreats and extended courses lasting twenty and thirty days in silence and isolation.

My path also led me to the study of plants and healing, which has always been a passion, love and integral part of my journey. From a young age, I avidly read about edible plants and their healing properties, having a profound love for the natural world I always felt a need to be close to nature. During my travels to South and Central America, I immersed myself in the healing traditions there, taking part in plant dietas in the jungle and working with some of the great teacher plants.

As time went on, I became passionate about sharing the benefits of what I had gained with others who may also find more peace, freedom and healing in themselves and their lives by diving within, with the guidance of meditation or some of natures medicines . To further my ability to guide others, I completed a Mindfulness Now teacher training course, becoming an accredited teacher .

And delved into various healing modalities, as I encountered personal challenges, including contracting Lyme disease three times during my travels over the past fifteen years. Through my own experiences and exploration, I developed a unique protocol that incorporated Kambo, Amazonian frog medicine. This proved effective in overcoming Lyme disease, inspiring me to establish my own healing practice dedicated to helping individuals navigate through illness and remove blocks.

Music also holds a significant place in the healing process, and I utilize sound to support individuals on their journeys, adapting to the specific needs of each session.

It is my heartfelt intention to empower others, guiding them towards healing and transformation, and helping them realize their own innate power to heal and thrive.
